bored now.
Dec. 20th, 2005 03:18 amI am bored.
That is all.
Boss was being suspiciously nice to me. He didn't even rant at me once about correcting him. I'm not going to stop doing it, regardless of how much he yells. It seems to be part of my nature from time to time, and I refuse to change it just because he doesn't like it. I still can't help thinking he's a moron. And a complete hypocrite. But that's beside the point.
They finally hired someone in so that Karla can quit like she wanted. And since I will be moving up to take over Karla's job, I get to train my replacement. Yippy. Not looking forward to that part. We're already taking bets on how long it'll take the new lady to quit. None of us really think she's going to be able to handle it. Not with all the language and other stuff that goees on. Especially back by the dispatchers, where I am now. I hear the worst of it.
So I'm giving her three days. Unless by some miracle she happens to be just as filthy minded as the rest of us. In that event, we'll probably get along.
Poor Wayne is under the impression that until we get the new lady trained to outbound that I'm going to enter the bills as they come in, and then turn around and do his job too. Don't think so pal. We get in 350 bills a night, at least two thirds of which I'll be entering. Not outbounding trailers on top of that...unless he's willing to pay for carpal tunnel surgery.
/end rant
