yep, I'm still alive

No, seriously.
I've turned into a total slacker. I'm behind on Torchwood, for cryin' out loud. Torchwood. I have yet to write a single word for the fic that I started last year. I haven't written anything for that since May. *facepalm* I think I'm going to have to print out what I've got, give myself the time to re-read, and then start adding to it again. Goodness knows that I usually have ample time to do things like that at work. Plus it might look better if I were doing something other than reading during down time. :-P
Not complaining about that last bit though. I enjoy reading....LOTS. Don't quote me on it, but I may have read 2 or 3 books just last week alone, plus started another one on Friday. Which I'll be putting aside for Deadline by Mira Grant. I love me some zombies! ♥
There has been no lack of bs drama that I got pulled into, but it is finally freaking over and I can go back to a relatively peaceful existence. I've been getting my geek on at least every other week, thanks be to the LARP I've gotten back in to. *huge grin* I had forgotten just how much I enjoyed playing. And before you say anything, shush. I'm proud to be a geek. :-D
Don't ask about the losing weight thing. Ugh. That is one battle that is not going well right now. O_O
I haven't gotten much done in my summer break (from school anyway...work is always a constant), but at least I've enjoyed myself for the most part. :-)
