(no subject)

Another new girl started this week at work.  She's a friend of Ms. Scrapbook, so I'm still a bit dubious about how this is going to work.  So far it seems to be going well though.  She is picking up on things very quickly.  And best of all, she sees Idiot Supervisor for what he really is:  a self-inflating moron who doesn't do a damn thing.  We didn't even have to tell her!  She figured him out from just listening to him, and after only one day!  *sniggers*

10 more days until Becky's wedding!  And my dress still hasn't gotten here.  :(
However, I did get to see her before the rehearsal dinner and everything.  She did something that few of my friends ever do:  she stopped in to see me at work.  I don't feel like I paid enough attention to her while she was there, but she picked a bad time to come in.  We were right in the middle of bill typing, and I was picking up the slack, so I didn't dare stop typing for long.  She did bring me something that falls into the category of goodies though!

And apparently her fiancee is still hunting for a gift to give me for being so gracious about the maid of honor switch thing.  *shakes head*  I've told her a million times, he does not have to do that.  But Eric is stubborn, and will not listen.  Flippin'  Aries.  :P

WTF?

Now that just isn't right.

Radio Shack fired hundreds of employees via e-mail, telling them they had 30 minutes to get their belongings, say goodbyes, and get out.  They even gave them plastic bags to use to gather their belongings.

Wtf?  Since when did this become acceptable?
