I officially started my vacation yesterday. So far, it hasn't turned out too badly. That might change, since I haven't started the cleaning that I've got planned yet. Got to hang out with Shawn and Rosey last night. Rosey is even more antisocial-ish than I'm known to be on occasion, so I'm glad that her and Shawn got along. That made me happy.
Frozen Bailey's cappuccino from Applebees is really tasty.
After food, we went to the mall for a little bit, and said hi to Streb. Then we went to see Serenity. It was different, but good. Of course, I know now that it was based on the tv show Firefly. and I now want to go rent the dvd of Firefly, simply cause I liked the movie. If I thought that my leg would reach that high, I'd give myself a boot to the head for not realizing the connection between the movie and show earlier.

I've got a lot of movies on my list to see, but next up is going to be A History of Violence. Simply because I like Viggo. He is a sexy beast.
I still haven't seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which is a huge source of disappointment for me, but I'll have to wait until it's showing at Movies 6, or until it comes out on dvd.

I added the release dates for three movies to my caldendar in my phone. The first one being Harry Potter. I can't wait for that one. Thar be dragons in it! And then of course the lion the witch and the wardrobe, and finally, Pirates of the Carribbean: Dead Man's Chest...coming July 7th. Two sexy beasts....Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom. Speaking of Bloom, I showed Rosey the 2006 calendar of him at the mall....I almost had to go get her a mop to wipe up the drool. I carry my own with me. :-P

Thursday, I will be in Indianapolis for the LOTR exhibition that is being hosted at the State Museum. I am going to get my geek on, and make Becky suffer with me. In the meantime, I've got lots of books to read! Becky loaned me a book months ago, and I still haven't gotten around to reading it. Same goes for a book of Rosey's. And Shawn just loaned me the first Wheel of Time (I think) book. Add that to the 10-ish library books I have, along with the getting close to 15 books of my own that I haven't read yet.

Lots of stuff to do, and I only hope I've got time to do them all.

There's only one thing that I'm not going to get to do, and that's going down to Tennessee to see Erin. That blows. And not a good kind of blow either. I oughta try and get her to come to Indy Thursday, but I doubt she'd be able to. I can wish though.
